DESCRIPTION:

Rice and its derivatives contain relatively high quantities of inorganic arsenic and so Vassanelli Lab has set up a specific analytical test for this parameter.
The technical group of the European Union that researched the case of Arsenic in rice has recently introduced new rules: from January 1st 2016 new maximum limits applied for inorganic arsenic in different types of rice and its derivative products (puffed rice, ricecakes, waffles, crackers and rice milk).

The analysis of arsenic in rice is accredited.
